We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail to the address provided at checkout.
Because of the variety of designs and sizing we offer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed, as items are print to order if not in stock. Delivery can take on average between 3-14 days after items have been sent out, due to different postal processing times.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. If you have an issue with receiving or not receiving your item, please contact USPS for assistance or to file a claim.

For non-customized orders that were in stock, we can offer returns and exchanges but are not responsible for return shipping & handling fees. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your non-defective item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable or transferable.
Your return must be in original unworn, unwashed condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For a return, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery - we cannot accept returns/exchanges on lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to include package insurance and tracking at your own discretion.
If you would like to schedule a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the product has been received and inspected at our shop we will issue a refund less shipping charges in the original payment method.
Please include your name, number and order number with your return package.
Custom orders, printable files, digital downloads, rush fees, shipping upgrades, sale items, and special-order clothing sizes are all NON-refundable.
We cannot cancel or refund any digital downloads. All orders may be canceled if we receive notice within 24 hours of your purchase.
